2)According to the width and length of the on-site channel, the number and shape of the three-roll gate shall be specified. For example, the vertical three-roll gate or the bridge three-roll gate shall be selected. The vertical three-roll gate shall have the dimensions: 420x330x980(mm), and the bridge Roller gate dimensions: 1200x280x1000(mm), three-roller brake lever to chassis size 510mm, ie vertical three-roller gate area: 420x(330+510), bridge type three-roller gate covers an area of ​​1200x (280+510 ) When considering the type selection, fully consider the gap between the gate and the brake lever (the clearance between the brake lever and the chassis is generally 50mm), the area occupied by each three-roll gate, and the placement position.
3) According to the distance between the main control computer and the tripod gate to choose the wiring mode (is to take the line or walk the dark line) and the controller communication (general computer and the distance between the three roller gate within 800 meters, we recommend to choose 485 Communication, we choose TCP network communication above 800 meters.
Second, the preparatory work before installation. Generally, two 6- to 8-minute plastic pipes are embedded in the site according to the actual size of the three-roll gate before installation. The gap between the gate and the gate is 50-100mm to facilitate the opening of the top cover and adjustment of the machine. , easy maintenance, etc., between the gate and the gate, a hose to take the power line (strong), another hose to take the signal line (weak), can not take the power line and signal line at the same time a hose, It will result in poor communication and potential safety problems. The pre-embedded pipe should be exposed to a height of 30-40mm above the ground. The vertical three-roll gate should be at the bottom of the machine, and the bridge-type three-roll gate should be good at both sides (because the bridge The middle bottom of the type three roller gate is closed type. After the line pipe is buried in the middle, it is inconvenient to overhaul and there are potential safety hazards. Generally, the power line has an aging period, and it needs to be repaired once a year.
Third, fixed adjustments. The fixed bottom is fixed with a 4-M10x100 expansion screw, which cannot be swayed. The overall appearance of the whole machine is the same, and it is best to use a thin line to pull the straight line before and after fixing. The three-roll gate and the three roller gate are connected in series, one by one. Adjust until normal use. The three-roll gate shall be placed horizontally to the ground so that the effect and the life of the three-roll gate will be at their best.
Fourth, after installation, finally check whether the chassis is grounded. According to what I have seen in the past, many customers did not have an effective connection to the bottom line after installation. The three-roll gate housing is mostly made of stainless steel. If the housing is not grounded, it will cause great safety hazards to the user's personal safety.
