2012 to prepare for the hardware business

At present, no matter what kind of expedient measures are taken in the economy, the economic downturn will continue. This is because all of this is a sign of structural misalignment in the global economy, and this dislocation is becoming increasingly chaotic and disorderly.

The hardware market is internationalized. In the past, the Chinese hardware companies that had experience in the past in 2011 have felt cold. Exports have become a consensus.

Start with the economics. There are two trends that are already underway and have led to extensive discussions. One is the trend between the traditional Western economies and what was previously called the emerging economies (especially the Asian emerging economies). Another trend is that the globalization of the market has produced two new winner groups. (The second trend exacerbates the pain of the first trend, and since the globalization of the market has created an opportunity for Asia to enter the Western market, the first trend has also become possible.) The first largest group is the super Rich, including innovators, traders and bankers. The second largest group consists of manufacturing and service workers in Asia and other emerging markets. Their wages are lower than the labor costs in the West.

Western middle-class and blue-collar workers have become losers who have suffered heavy losses (but obviously, the situation in Germany is an exception). The real root cause of the current crisis is that the people’s competitiveness and income have been eroded for decades, and politicians have tried to cover up this loss by using unsustainably high sovereignty and household debt. Now that the debt has expired, no one can be alone in the world where the degree of economic integration is so high. Faced with turmoil and recession, Chinese developers will face the same difficult situation as Western industry leaders.

The pattern of such development is not predicted by us. China is singing 2012 financial reforms, and the tone for serving the real economy has been set. Hardware companies, especially those who once used pure foreign trade hardware, have high-quality products, but brand awareness is rarely known in China. In the face of the harsh external environment, at the end of last year, they have already started to seize the domestic market. Take the transition from export to domestic sales, enter the new environmental market, and go ashore in advance, and be ready to take this sharp sword.
