Second, large-scale machinery and complete sets of equipment should be developed through major engineering construction projects such as high-speed rail, hydropower and wind power. Third, strengthen the core technology development of basic components and functional components. Finally, strengthen the construction of export bases and strengthen technological transformation.
Basic research, including basic components, needs to be strengthened in particular. The basic component is actually the carrier of the core technology.
