Car grinding square workpiece hole fixture

When we grind the inner hole of the workpiece (Fig. 1), in order to ensure the coaxiality of the inscribed circle and the inner hole (0.025mm), the self-centering fixture is used, and the effect is better. The inner cavity of the fixture is cut by wire cutting, and the outer circle of the clamp is directly clamped on the three-jaw chuck. When clamping, the center of each part of the workpiece is aligned with the inner sleeve of each of the protrusions of the clamp cavity (Fig. 2), and the workpiece is rotated clockwise. It is wedge-shaped with the clamp. When turning the inner hole, the clamping force increases as the cutting force increases. When unloading the workpiece, simply rotate the workpiece counterclockwise by hand.
