Instruction
GR-M404 is a bacterial alkaline protease concentrated powder, remove
hair on the leather surface during liming process. Compared with no using
of this product, It can reduce sulfide and liming auxiliaries using
when use GR-M404, which can reduce to 50%. Meanwhile, if no using
reduction in sulfide and liming auxiliaries, it can save liming time when
using GR-M404. GR-M404 can replace amine products absolutely,
so that can reduce potential dangerous during processing.

Temperature & PH range
When using leather enzyme, product properties are based on technologies,
like PH value, temperature, time, natural characteristics of substrate
and enzyme activity, and so on. All the factors have influence on product
using effects. GR-M404 function temperature is same as typical liming process,
even the enzyme optimum activity effected temperature is 40 degree.
GR-M404 has a wide function PH range, which is 8.0-12.0, and optimum is 10-12.
Due to versatility of enzyme itself, GR-M404 can be used in other leather processes,
like liming process.

Usage guidelines
GR-M404 is using directly, which can be used according to specific needs,
or mixed using with other auxiliaries as a pre-soak material.
Recommend dosage: GR-M404 0.15%-0.3% (calculate by leather weight)
Leather diversity and different resources, local production operating environment
all can affect leather enzyme using effects, recommend to do small testing
under same production operating environment, then do mass production.
This can avoid damage and influence to hide because of excessive or
different process. Particularly to less quality leather, process technology
and time must be more accurate.

Appearance:     mixture of granules and powder. (Note: color maybe different with each batch, but will not affect product activity and using effects)
Active ingredients: bacterial alkaline protease
Storage: 5-25 degree dry room temperature (product should be sealed
in occluded devices and avoid exposure to moisture and high humidity)
Shelf life: shelf life is 6 months under correct storage condition.
If stored in high temperature or high moisture for long time, should increase
dosage to reach desired effects.
