Four-jaw chuck self-positioning quick calibration fixture

In the lathe processing work, the inner and outer circle processing of complex shaped workpieces is often encountered, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. For machining, a four-prong single-action chuck is required. Due to the difficulty in finding the four-jaw single-action chuck, it is often necessary to scribe the line and it needs to be adjusted repeatedly, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. To this end, we have designed two clamping schemes based on the shape characteristics of the workpiece.
