Electromagnetic flowmeter installation requirements
1. The electromagnetic flowmeter must be a conductive liquid. It should be filled with pipes and must not have air bubbles.
2. When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed, the flow direction of the measured medium is consistent with the flow direction indicated by the flow meter;
3. The electromagnetic flowmeter must ensure the straight pipe section of the front 5DN and the rear 3DN (DN is the gauge diameter);
4. The electromagnetic flowmeter should avoid the negative pressure in the measuring tube as much as possible, and avoid places with bad installation environment such as large vibration and corrosive gas around;
5, electromagnetic flowmeter should avoid ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, large transformers, etc.), so as not to affect the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor;
6. For the convenience of maintenance, it is recommended to install a bypass pipe at the installation of the flowmeter;
7. When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed at high altitude or underground, sufficient installation, commissioning and maintenance space should be reserved, and corresponding measures should be made according to different protection levels;
8. The corrosion properties of the measured medium and the characteristics of the flowmeter should be fully understood to prevent the flowmeter from being corroded;
9. When welding or flame cutting the adjacent pipe of the sensor, it is necessary to take isolation measures to prevent the lining from being heated, and it must be confirmed that the signal line of the instrument of the electromagnetic flowmeter is not connected to prevent damage to the converter;
