Drilling fixture for rotating angle workpiece

Surface drilling of workpieces with rotating faces is often seen in machinery manufacturing. Figure 1 is a partial view of a product with the largest production volume in our factory. In order to ensure the drilling accuracy requirements, the process was first placed on the machining center for processing, and the processing time was long and the cost was high. After many demonstrations, we designed and manufactured a set of drilling fixtures as shown in Figure 2. After a long time of use, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the processing cost is lowered, and the workers' masters have a good reaction effect.
