The control medium is the carrier for recording the processing program.
The contents of the program ticket are recorded to the control medium using standard codes.
6. Program verification and first piece trial processing
The programmed program will have errors and unreasonable points for various reasons, and must pass the verification and trial processing to pass the formal processing.
The review function of the puncher checks whether the piercing is incorrect;
Control the plotter with the control medium, trace the contour shape or the tool movement track, and check whether the cutter is correct;
On the CRT of a CNC machine tool, the cutting path is displayed or the cutting process of the tool and the workpiece is simulated;
Trial cutting using aluminum or wood parts;
Only after the first test is cut, does the machining accuracy meet the requirements.
