Research on Heat Treatment Furnace Structure

Most of the new roller materials in the hot-dip galvanizing roller material are mostly made of 05F, 08F steel, although 05F, 08F steel has a certain resistance to the erosion of zinc, but its service life is very short, generally need to be replaced in half months. Manpower and material resources are used, and production efficiency is greatly reduced. In this design, the press roll was made of an alloy material code-named TR5. TR5 is a special kind of alloy material. This kind of material has good zinc corrosion resistance and was used mainly in strip steel production. In this design process, the author conducted a detailed study and comparison of TR5 materials and 08F materials, and decided to use TR5 alloy design and manufacture of galvanized press rolls. The production practice has proved that the service life is more than 4 months, and the service life is greatly improved.

The electronic control system of the production line controls the temperature of the production line by adopting power conditioner control. According to the PID regulation, the current is automatically adjusted, the temperature fluctuation of the zinc liquid and the heating furnace is reduced, the control precision of the heating furnace reaches 1e, and the temperature of the zinc liquid fluctuates. Around 2e, it not only reduces power consumption, reduces zinc consumption, but also greatly improves product quality and stability. The actual operation effect of the production line After the design of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing line was completed and debugged, after 1 year of production operation verification, the expected design effect was achieved. The control system of the production line runs well and the control accuracy is high. Furnace temperature control precision is 1e, zinc temperature fluctuates at 2e. The structure of the heat treatment furnace is stable, the heating rate is fast, and the heat preservation performance is good. The temperature outside the furnace is about 45e. The surface treatment process is pickling and clean, and the plating layer is firm, so that the finished coating is even and there is no leakage plating phenomenon. After the steel wire passes through the electrolytic pickling tank, the surface is clean and white and no black film occurs.
