Fatty acids and esters

(1) Stearic acid is used as a lubricant for PVC. It has both internal and external lubrication properties. It is mainly based on internal lubrication. Metal soap. Generally used as an external lubricant, it is also a PVC heat stabilizer.

(1) Calcium stearate is used in PVC, PP, aBS, unsaturated polyester, phenolic resin, non-toxic.

(1) Polyethylene wax having a molecular weight of 1500-5000. It has strong external lubrication effect on PVC, has internal lubrication effect on PE, and has anti-blocking property to improve the dispersibility of pigment and filler, but it has poor compatibility with PVC and is non-toxic.

(2) Oxidized polyethylene is a partial oxidation product of polyethylene wax having a certain amount of carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups in the molecule. Principle of selection of lubricants

(1) The melting point of the lubricant is generally 50-60 ° C lower than the molding processing temperature.

(2) It is necessary to properly balance the fluidity, anti-adhesion and plasticizing rate of plastics. To balance the internal and external lubricants.

(3) Maintain the integrity of the lubrication effect in the early, middle and late stages of the system.

(4) There is no negative impact on secondary processing (heat sealing, lamination, printing, etc.).

(5) The lubricant has good dispersibility in the resin, and if necessary, a dispersant is added.

(6) Pay attention to the interaction with other additives (plasticizers, heat stabilizers, antioxidants, fillers, impact agents, etc.).
