Coal Mine Staff Skills Training Course

On May 22nd, the Qitaihe Federation of Trade Unions held a training class for upgrading the skills of coal mine workers in the Xintai Coal Mine Safety Technology Training Center of Qiqiu Coal Mine. A total of more than 100 key personnel from coal mine enterprises in Qitaihe City participated in the training. The training, which is also the second phase of the high-skilled backbone training course organized by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions this year following the first training course for coal chemical industry projects.

The Xinmei Coal Mine Safety Technology Training Center of Qibei Coal Company is one of the 10 "staff skill training bases" set up by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions this year. It is also the training base for the transfer of workers' occupational skills set up by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. It can host three coal mines. Class-level special operations personnel training, training of coal mine employees at the fourth level, pre-post training for new workers, and skills training. The training center covers an area of ​​10,000 square meters and a teaching building area of ​​3,868 square meters. It includes a multimedia classroom, a computer room, a security education room, an accident safety room, a library reading room, a file room, a computer room, and a tool room. Electric tongs process rooms, etc., and innovatively move underground drills, electromechanical, transportation, ventilation, trauma emergency and other practical equipment training to the ground. The training center has a strong team of teachers. There are 14 full-time teachers and 6 part-time teachers. All of them have a college degree or above, including 4 middle-level titles and 8 senior titles.

The training course lasted for three days. The training content involved coal mine safety production laws and regulations and safety management, mining, electrical and mechanical, transportation, ventilation, trauma and first aid and other professional knowledge. In the training class, the training teachers used a lively and witty language to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to learn and to discuss and solve the problems raised by them.
