  • Product Standard: GB/T 23527-2009.
  • Definition of Activity: One unit of enzyme acidity is defined as 1 gram solid enzyme (1mL liquid enzyme) hydrolyze casein to 1μg tyrosine in 1 minute at 40oC and pH3.0.
  • Working Temperature: 30oC-65oC (Effective), 40oC-50oC (Optimum).
  • Working pH: 2.0-6.0 (Effective), 2.5-3.5 (Optimum).
  • Ca2+, Mn2+ and Mg2+ have increasing effect on enzyme activity; Cu2+, Al2+ and Hg2+have inhibiting effect on enzyme activity.

Product Description

Proteins are composed of amino acids and are one of the most complex organic compounds found in nature. It is decomposed by hydrochloric acid and proteases into amino acids that are easily absorbed by the membranes of the intestinal and microbial organisms of higher animals. Every animal, including humans, must have enough protein to maintain its own growth to produce the necessary amino acids for each cell. Some special proteins are also functionalities of certain special cells, gland secretions, enzymes, and hormones. Composition elements. Protease refers to some catalytic enzymes that are able to hydrolyze (break) proteins and are therefore also known as proteolytic enzymes. Proteolytic enzymes play an important role in many physiological and pathological processes and are also widely used in food and dairy processing industries.

Application Guide

1. In manufacture of grain fermentation alcohol: The recommended dosage is 0.05~0.15 L/Ton of raw materials. The dosage depends on the type of raw materials and specific techniques.

2. In manufacture process of vinegar, soybean sauce, Shaoxing rice wine, wine and other food brewing: This product can promote thallus growth, improve the fermentation effect and achieve the function of improving the utilization rate of raw materials and perfecting the flavor. The recommend dosage is 0.15~0.2L (kg)/ Ton of raw materials. Add this product at the beginning of the fermentation.

3. In process of wool deduction and refining: this product can destroy the scale on the surface of wool fiber so that the wool can not be easily sticky or shrunk which is in favor of dye. Dosage: 0.6~2.0% (o.w.f)

4. In feed complex enzyme: The recommend dosage is 0.01~0.05kg/Ton of feed.

5. In manufacture of Single-cell protease feed: The recommend dosage is 0.1~0.2L (kg) / Ton of feed.

 

Specification and Usage
1, the temperature range is:
The optimum temperature range is 40°C-50°C
2, PH is:
The optimum pH range is 2.5 to 3.5

The acid protease was first dissolved in warm water of 35-40°C in a ratio of 1:20, and was soaked and activated for 1 hour. During this period, it was stirred once every 15 minutes.

Notes:Can be customized according to customer specifications for different activity. 


Packing & Storage
1. 25kgs/drum, inner by double plastic bag, 1-20kg by aluminum foil vacuum bag,or according to customer requirements.
2. Stored in a cool & dry well-closed container, keep away from moisture and strong light/heat. 
3. Shelf life: 18 months under well storage situation.

Avoid to be exposed to the sun, rain, high temperature and high humidity.
